The Smart Substitution logic automatically identify (where available) and recommends suitable alternatives which work in both Quotes and Sales Orders. 

Products that are substituted are identified automatically on the quote or sales order with a note line keeping the customer informed during the procurement process and an automatic time saving for the seller.
